Our terms and conditions are simple, straightforward, and easy to understand.
First and foremost, by using our service, you agree and understand that we are not liable for for any damage or loss, both financial or any other form, that has been caused as a result of the usage of our service, both to you or your clients or your users.
We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of our data, and you are responsible to verify the data being served in your application, and as mentioned previously, we are not liable for any problems that arise due to the inaccuracy of our data.
The monthly payment for our service is paid upfront, and the agreement is on a monthly rolling basis.
The price for the monthly subscription depends on what plan you sign-up to. Our plans are simple and straightforward, and they are based on the volume of daily requests that you subscribe for. You can see our plans here.
Once a subscription has been succesfully set-up, you will receive an email with your premium API key, and you can start using our data immediately.
We do not offer refunds on our service, unless our server is down or our API service is offline and completely unusable for more than 36 hours.
We do not offer refunds if our service is down due to small technical problems that last less than 36 hours.
If our server is down or our API service is not available for more than 36 hours, we can offer a refund on a pro-rata basis if you will ask for it. For example, if our service is unavailable from half of your monthly subscription period, we will offer you a refund on half of the monthly subscription plan. In order to ask for a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation of our service
You can cancel the coronavirus API payments at any time, 7 days before the next billing period.
If you cancel the service in less than 7 days before the next payment period, the Direct Debit or the automatic payment system might have already initiated your payment, therefore the cancellation will take effect from the end of the next billing period.
In order to cancel your subscription, please send us an email to email@example.com, and we'll process your request.
